1. Application and validity

1.1 All deliveries of goods from **Skopudseren.dk** are subject to the following terms and conditions of delivery.

1.2 The buyer's statement of special conditions in the order form / order etc. are not considered to be applicable conditions, unless **Skopudseren.dk** accepts these in writing.

2. Purchase agreement

Ordering agreement via the website.

3. Prices

3.1 All prices include VAT.

3.2 The final price will be reflected in sales, where the price is attributed to the current VAT, freight and other fees.

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery 1 to 3 business days.

4.2 Delivery is via GLS, DAO or Postnord.

5. Payment

Payment via Dankort, VISA, MasterCard or Mobilepay Online.

We do not charge card fees.

The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped.

Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The money will be reserved on your card or account until:

1) We deduct the amount when we ship the item, or

2) the money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

6. Transport damage

Upon receipt of the item that has been damaged during transport, please document this damage with a photo. The photo must be submitted to nh@skopudseren.dk with an indication of which items have been damaged.

7. Return of goods and right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day right of withdrawal on goods purchased in our webshop when you shop with us as a consumer.

For goods delivered to a delivery depot (parcel shop) and not picked up within 7 calendar days from the time of delivery, the goods will be returned to us, and you will be charged the actual costs we incur for return shipping + current delivery costs for any reshipment.

The period is counted from that day;

– Where you receive the order.

– Receives physical possession of the last item when it concerns an agreement for several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several installments.

– Receives the last batch or last part in physical possession when it comes to an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.

– The first item in physical possession when it comes to regular delivery of goods over a specific period.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the goods have been received, and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. The notification can be given by email at nh@Skopudseren.dk. In the notification you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.

7.1 Returns

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

7.2 No right of withdrawal

These agreements cannot be undone:

Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery

The condition of the item when you return it

If the product has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the product, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address.

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to accept the goods without clearly notifying us. If you do not collect the goods after the delivery deadline, when they are returned to us, you will pay the costs of return shipping and any new delivery.

7.3 Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

8. Consequential damages / indirect losses

**Skopudseren.dk** is not liable to the buyer for any consequential damages or indirect losses resulting from or in connection with an agreement covered by these terms and conditions, unless otherwise provided by mandatory rules of Danish law.

9. Complaints

There is a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the rules of the Danish Purchase Act for the purchase of goods when you shop with us as a consumer. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the goods repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect/fault. If you complain within two months of the fault being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

**Skopudseren.dk** will cover return costs to a reasonable extent if the complaint is justified. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.

When returning the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.

9.1 Right to complain

At Skopudseren we always make a great effort to deliver high quality products. If this – against all our intentions – is not the case, then we would really like to hear from you at nh@skopudseren.dk, so that we can solve the problem together. We always prefer to solve the problem ourselves, to avoid a dispute, so we would really like to hear from you with a description of the problem and why you believe you have been mistreated.

If you have already been in contact with Skopuseren and do not believe that your request has been heard or handled correctly, you always have the option to complain to the EU Commission's online complaint portal. Skopuseren, as a company registered in Denmark, falls under this, and we are obliged to act in accordance with EU rules.

10. Force majeure

**Skopudseren.dk** is entitled to cancel orders or postpone agreed delivery of goods, and is not responsible for any errors, incomplete or delayed delivery if non-fulfilment is due to force majeure. We are at all times liable according to the mandatory rules of Danish law.

11. Partial invalidity

If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable, none of the remaining provisions shall be affected or impaired in their validity, legality or enforceability.
